At HANDS OF NOMAD, each piece is created with love, care, and traditional craftsmanship. Every saree and garment is handwoven, hand-painted, or made using time-honored techniques — making it truly one of a kind.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Each item is carefully checked for quality before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We recommend reviewing all product details, fabric information, and images carefully before completing your purchase.
If you have any questions about a product, please feel free to contact us — We will be happy to guide you before you place an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [your brand email address].
Kindly include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

We will review your request, and if eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a store credit.

Please note:

Slight irregularities in weave, color, or texture are natural features of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging for the issue to be considered.

Refunds

As our products are handcrafted and made in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed.
In special cases (like damaged or wrong item verified by our team), a store credit or replacement may be provided.
