At HANDS OF NOMAD, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email in case of any significant delay.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, or India Post, depending on your location.
Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Within India: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders.
International Shipping: Charges vary by destination and weight. They are calculated at checkout. Customs duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders: Usually delivered within 5–9 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: May take 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, holidays, etc.) are beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your order anytime through the link provided.

6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct while placing the order.
If an incorrect address is provided or the package is undeliverable, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care while packing and shipping your orders.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details at handsofnomad@gmail.com. We’ll investigate and assist you promptly.

8. Insurance (Optional)

All orders can be insured for added protection during transit. If you’d like to add insurance, please contact us before placing your order.
